The terms of Shipping & Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Shipping & Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Team A.T.U.N. is committed to deliver all orders with good quality products and packaging within a span of 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. A.T.U.N. (“All Things Uber Nice”) makes all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies like Delhivery, FedEx, Shiprocket, etc.

Shipping Charges

A.T.U.N. has a non-refundable flat shipping charge of INR 99 per order. All online orders carry a INR 99 shipping charge. For orders placed with Cash on Delivery service, a non-refundable cover fee of INR 75 is levied apart from the shipping charges. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. A.T.U.N. partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from A.T.U.N., to effectuate product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through email along with the tracking number. The approximate date of delivery shown by the delivery partner is merely an approximation based on their reputation. A.T.U.N. shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. A.T.U.N. shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure/delay in delivery of the purchased product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

Order Delivery Timelines

Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched in 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after the customer has placed the order. Upon the successful placing of an order and after A.T.U.N. has successfully handed over the purchased product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on www.atun.in by simply logging in to their account.

Normally, most orders are delivered within 7 working days(after dispatch) across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, A.T.U.N. reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. In case of a Cash on Delivery order, the customer will not be allowed to place another Cash on Delivery order on the website.

While A.T.U.N. shall make reasonable endeavours’ in ensuring that purchased product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of

  • Unsuitable weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, A.T.U.N. shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account. Further, A.T.U.N. shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by A.T.U.N. reverse-logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from A.T.U.N. Please note that A.T.U.N. shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. What if I receive a tampered or re-sealed package?

If you have received a tampered or re-sealed package, we would request you to kindly refuse to accept the package and drop us an email on info@atun.in or drop us a message on our chatbox or contact us on our customer care no. +91-8447080644 mentioning the Order# along with the screenshots of the package within 24 hours of receiving it, so we can get the same cross-checked by the courier partner and will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.

What if I have received an incomplete order?

If you have received an incomplete order, we would request you to kindly drop us an email on info@atun.in or drop us a message on our chatbox or contact us on our customer care no. +91-8447080644 mentioning the Order# along with the screenshots of the package within 24 hours of receiving it, so we can get the same cross-checked by the courier partner and will ensure that the missing items are re-dispatched with no additional cost.

What if I have received a wrong/damaged product?
